Patryk Xterior Protection

1. Scope

Patryk Xterior Protection provides professional exterior cleaning and surface protection services for residential and commercial properties.
All services are carried out according to the agreed quotation.

2. Agreement

An agreement is established upon:
• written acceptance (text message)
• email confirmation
• verbal confirmation followed by booking

3. Deposit & Cancellation

A deposit of 10% of the estimated total cost is required to secure a booking.
The deposit can be:
• paid on-site at the time of quotation, or
• paid within 24 hours via bank transfer

3.1. Deposit refund policy:

• The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled at least 5 working days before the scheduled service date
• If the client cancels less than 5 working days before the scheduled date, the deposit is non-refundable

4. Execution

Work is performed using professional equipment and appropriate methods tailored to each surface.
We aim for the highest possible standard of results while respecting the integrity of materials.

5. Results

Cleaning results depend on:
• surface condition
• material type
• age and prior maintenance
Complete restoration to original condition cannot be guaranteed.

6. Client Responsibility

The client must ensure:
• access to the work area
• availability of water if required
• removal of personal belongings
• disclosure of fragile or damaged surfaces

7. Liability

Patryk Xterior Protection is not liable for:
• pre-existing damage
• deterioration of weak or aged materials
• damage not visible prior to cleaning
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Weather Conditions

Work may be rescheduled due to weather conditions affecting safety or quality.

9. Pricing & Payment

Prices are stated in EUR.
Payment terms:
• Private clients: immediate upon completion
• Business clients: within agreed terms
Late payments may result in additional costs.

10. Cancellation

Cancellations within 5 business days of scheduled work may be subject to a fee.

11. Warranty

Due to environmental conditions, no long-term guarantee is provided on cleaning results.

12. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours after completion.

13. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
